Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy


Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns & Exchange

Within 7 days of receiving the item, if you are dissatisfied with the order, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Care stating the following:

  1. The order number
  2. The item code(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for return

Our Customer Care will review your case and offer a return back.  Upon receiving, the item will be exchanged with a replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.

After 7 days from the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept or offer you any exchange.

Costs of Exchanges
Unless the merchant shipped the item in error or the delivered item is damaged or defective, the consumer must pay the costs for return shipping.
The processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
