How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility and Project Eight monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Project Eight currently accepts payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Card & Paypal. Prices displayed in the website are in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the United Arab Emirates.

How Do I Track My Order?

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

It is important that your details of your Shipping and Billing information upon checkout are completed.

We recommend that you register for a Project Eight account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

Shipping Procedures / Delivery Policy

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Your orders are shipped to our facility and are monitored from the point when they leave our warehouse until they reached your door steps.

Stock & Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.  In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you to advise the best to proceed.

Shipping Rates

We strive to maintain low shipping costs. The shipping price associated with each item is displayed at checkout. The cost varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Orders exceeding AED 100, shipping fee is on us!

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.
